Code of conduct

The demands we place on ourselves, our employees and our partners.

We have understood our responsibilities for generations. In 2012, we introduced a code of conduct to further emphasise our ethical stance. This sets in stone binding moral standards for our daily business and provides the basis for our collaboration with colleagues, suppliers, partners and customers.

GW is committed to fair competition and social responsibility towards both the population and the environment: the company prevents discrimination and child labour, advocates human rights and takes measures for employment, occupational and environmental protection. In order to achieve this, we focus on social dialogue, the ability and commitment of all people in the orange world – “Do what is right and others will follow your example.” (Richard G.
