As an autonomous subsidiary of Gebrüder Weiss since 1993, GW Rail Cargo Ges.m.b.H. has transported nearly one million tonnes of freight per year within Austria and across Europe using a form of transport that is both easy on the environment and low on CO2.

Our rail transport company organises the transportation of bulk goods – exclusively by train – throughout Europe and has quickly developed into one of the largest rail freight forwarders in Austria. The customers for our rail logistics services are for the most part based in the petrochemical, chemical and agricultural sector.
