Your direct way to a successful career.
Orange FUTURE, the Gebrüder Weiss development programme for trainees and high potentials, is an excellent way to launch your career in the orange world. An exciting career path is awaiting you – with opportunities of advancement that are as multicultural and diverse as our team.
The one-year trainee programme runs in a two-year cycle with the next round starting in October 2017. You have the possibility to select a training location in Austria, Switzerland or within our network in countries of CEE/CIS. The programme is conducted exclusively in English.
During the course of programme – a combination of on-the-job and off-the-job learning – you will take part in a clearly defined job rotation scheme that gives you insight into the various business areas, including land transport, air and sea freight, logistics, finance and controlling, IT, sales and marketing amongst others. The programme also includes a range of seminars, product training sessions and courses to boost your social skills: negotiating techniques, working in teams, project management, presentation skills and much more.
Throughout the training year you are supported by mentors who also provide individual coaching. The programme culminates in a project that you develop together with peers and present to members of the management members.
