At Gebrüder Weiss, sustainability – alongside independence, service excellence and the highest identification with the goals of the company – represents one of our core values. It is particularly important to us that our commitment in this area is always measurable and transparent.

This is why Gebrüder Weiss, as the first Austrian logistics service provider, drew up a sustainability report in 2009 in accordance with the internationally recognised standards of the non-profit organisation ”Global Reporting Initiative” (GRI) and as a result was distinguished with the GRI quality seal. In this report, we describe the three pillars on which our understanding of sustainable action is based: economic, environmental and social responsibility.

Our aspiration is to operate economically and environmentally, and to not only be aware of our social responsibility, but also practice it actively.
