Face to Face – from man to man
One look is often worth a thousand words. Sitting at a table with other people an understanding is reached faster and better. Therefore, GW customers do not have to talk to anonymous call centre agents but they are advised on site in the GW locations by our specialists - in the entire region from the Alps to the Danube, the countries in Middle and Eastern Europe, in China and in North Korea. We establish the demand by means of a direct dialogue, present possible solutions and are at any time available to answer our customer’s questions.
