Next to the apprenticeship issue, human resource development also plays an important role in the orange organisation. Several organisation internal training programmes allow employees, who meet the respective requirements, to set cornerstones with respect to their future careers.
The trainee programme ORANGE FUTURE was created by GW particularly for young graduates and people with high potential. In the course of a one-year curriculum the participants run through numerous stations within the company and develop a whole spectrum of skills, which prepares them for all types of responsible tasks at Gebrüder Weiss.
In Vienna at the location Maria Lanzendorf Gebrüder Weiss offers participation in a trainee programme to three or up to five young people each spring and autumn. The programme is particularly directed towards HAK/HBLA/HTL graduates who want to start their career entry with a substantiated apprenticeship.
