New Internet domains for Montenegro and Serbia

Because of Montenegro leaving the union with Serbia both countries receive new country codes from the International Standardizing Organization (ISO):

Montenegro:  ME or MNE
Serbia: RS or SRB

The former Internet codes .yu or cg.yu are deleted by the International Internet Registras ICANN and get replaced by the following ones:

Montenegro: co.me or .me (valid from 1 Oct. 2009 on)
Serbia: .co.rs  or  .rs  (valid from 30. March 2010 on)
