Area Kiew: new prefixes for international and long-distance calls

On 14 October 2009 Ukrtelekom changed the prefixes for international and long-distance calls.

- ”0” must be dialled instead of ”8” for long-distance calls
- dialling a number of a mobile phone the ”8” of the prefix is left out
- ”00” plus international area code must be dialled instead of ”810” plus code for international calls
- the prefix for the area of Kiew (not for the town) has been changed from ”44” to ”45”
