Whom will you meet at Orange Future?

On the very first day of the course, you will meet young graduates and diploma holders from Austria, Switzerland, Germany and the countries of CEEC as well as GW employees who have been identified as ‘High Potentials’. These are candidates who have been specially nominated for the programme by their branch managers on the basis of outstanding performance. ‘High Potentials’ attend all the monthly training sessions but continue with their normal duties rather than participating in the job rotation scheme.

There are places for a maximum of 28 candidates on each new training programme. We will be selecting the best of the best. Will you be one of them?

The next programme is expected to start again in October 2013.
